Vella Civil is delivering the full basement package for the Sisters of Mercy Project, comprising the East and West Basement structures within a complex urban construction environment.
Our scope includes shoring piles, capping beams, foundation piling, shotcrete, bulk excavation, and detailed excavation works.
Works are being completed using the Soilmec SR-30 piling rig together with 38T, 23T, 14T and 8T excavators to manage the project’s excavation and foundation requirements safely and efficiently.
The project showcases Vella Civil’s expertise in piling, shoring, excavation, and large-scale basement construction, with anticipated completion in July 2026.
