Vella Civil commenced work on the Portland Project by clearing soil and moving dirt and clay to the site to set the groundwork for further progress. Cutting and filling began to achieve a smooth installation of stormwater and sewerage systems to set a specular foundation for this future subdivision, with plans to achieve 8 residential dwellings.
