Vella Civil commenced work on the Neutral Bay project in April 2024, taking on a complex site that required the demolition of two existing houses. The project began with meticulous site stripping and the careful disposal of contaminated materials, ensuring that the site was safe and prepared for further development. Following the demolitions, Vella Civil undertook a significant bulk excavation, employing rock-sawing and hammering techniques to navigate the site's challenging geology. Currently in progress, this excavation is setting the stage for the construction of luxury units that will offer stunning views of North Sydney.
