The project involved demolition of an existing house, installation of foundation piles using an SR30 Soilmec piling rig, construction of basement capping beams, bulk and detailed excavation, and removal of contaminated material from site.
Working within a tight inner-city environment required staged demolition, careful excavation sequencing, and strict environmental controls to support safe and efficient delivery of works.
Plant utilised included 30T, 23T and 14T excavators for demolition, excavation, material handling, and site preparation, supporting the construction of a new luxury residential build.
