Vella Civil commenced work on the Leppington project in March 2024, starting with the meticulous side-scraping of all vegetation on the premises. The project required a substantial basement excavation, totaling 4000 cubic metres, to create the foundation for a new Pre-School Development. Following the excavation, we installed shoring piles and capping beams, and applied shotcrete to ensure a stable and seamless foundation, setting the stage for the subsequent construction phases.
