Vella Civil has been trusted to provide expert civil works in preparation for building the Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre. The scope of work includes site clearance, environmental remediation, installation of shoring piles, capping beam construction, and application of structural shotcrete. In addition, Vella Civil has undertaken bulk and detailed excavation, along with the construction of footings using FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Pour).
