Vella Civil has been awarded the comprehensive construction and civil works initiative to expand and enhance educational facilities at an established school site in Austral. This project includes the demolition of existing classrooms and structures, followed by extensive site remediation, excavation, and foundation works.

Our team is undertaking bulk excavation, backfilling, and the construction of a stable piling platform to support the future building. With the installation of foundation piles and detailed excavation for infrastructure, we are laying the groundwork for a sustainable and durable extension for School Buildings 3 and 4. In addition, we are completing key civil, and landscape works to ensure the site is fully integrated with essential services, while providing an inviting environment for students and staff.
